Grantha, “book”
Your research papers, notes and references in one quiet place: details filled in for you, PDFs you can read and highlight, and a reference list ready for your thesis.
Papers sit on your International, National and State shelves (rename them to suit your field), with collections for chapters and projects.
Paste a DOI, an arXiv id or a title, or drop in a PDF. The details are looked up for you, and possible duplicates are pointed out.
Read the PDF, highlight what matters, and write the objective, methods, findings and gaps in one place, with AI drafts when you want them.
Get references in APA 7, MLA 9, IEEE and Harvard, export BibTeX or a spreadsheet, and review a shelf at a glance.
Summaries, key findings, methods, limitations, explanations and comparisons, written from the paper's text and always marked as drafts to check.
Your key is sent to our server once. We check it with Google, then store it encrypted. Only your own AI requests use it, and we never show it again: just its last four characters.
On Google's free tier, Google may use what you send to improve its products. If a paper mustn't be shared with Google, don't use AI on it.
Grantha is free. A paid plan for heavier use is on its way.

Only you. Your library is private to your account; we don't sell or share it. AI answers built from a paper's public text (an arXiv paper, a published abstract) can be shared with the next person who asks about the same paper, so nobody pays twice; answers from your own PDFs and notes stay yours.
Your first 5 papers use our key, so you can try everything. After that, a free Gemini key from Google keeps AI free for you: it takes about a minute, and it's stored encrypted and used only for your requests.
Yes, at any time: a full backup (JSON), BibTeX, a spreadsheet (CSV) or a reference list in APA 7, MLA 9, IEEE and Harvard.
Yes. Grantha works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, in light or dark.
They're stored privately for you (up to 25 MB each). For AI, only the text taken from a PDF is sent, never the file itself.
In Settings → Account. It removes your account, papers, notes, highlights and files for good, so export a backup first if you want to keep anything.
